The Lowe's consumer mobile apps user experience and code base was in needed a major refresh. It was becoming too costly to work around some of the design patterns that were in place and the code base would not support the future growth. I managed a team that delivered this complete refactor and redesign for both the iOS & Android apps in just under 14 months. This was done while maintaining the strategic roadmap and continuing to add new value to both the legacy app and the new version.
